Description
The public is invited to visit the Museum of the Coastal Bend's "Where Texas Ranching Began: Innovation" permanent exhibit.
Celebrate the completion of our six-year expansion project with the unveiling of the final component of this permanent exhibit. Innovation is sponsored by HK Ranch—The Family of Henry Clay Koontz.
Event Schedule:
- Noon-12:30 p.m. - Words from Our Sponsor & Ribbon Cutting
- 12:30-2:30 p.m. - Opening Activities
Free mechanical bull-riding on the museum grounds. Advance registration recommended. Restrictions apply*
Music, snacks, and refreshments inside the museum.
*Participants will be required to sign a waiver. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at the event to sign waiver. Riders Must be at least 4ft & Over; Each rider Must Be Under 300 lbs; Riders must not have preexisting injuries.
