All VC students and employees are invited to join VC's Counseling Services for a perfectionism recovery group meeting.
Designed for individuals who struggle with perfectionism, this group focuses on reducing self-criticism, managing anxiety, and building healthier expectations. Through discussion and skill-building, participants work toward self-compassion, balance, and sustainable growth.
